Ministry of Hugs
Ministry of hugs is a group of single parents, set up and run by single parent, to provide support through caring for young children aged 6 months to 5 years. To facilitate an environment where children will have a positive experience with the ability to freely express themselves while being nurtured.The concept stems from the belief that this diverse group can truly offer support to fellow single parents in our community. To support single parents by enabling them to have planned time to themselves.
We aim to offer care and tangible support to single parents and their children by renewing strength and joy through caring, by offering a non-judgemental environment, providing a socially inclusive environment to both mothers and fathers and helping single parents to feel free to share their thoughts and feelings about challenges they may encounter.
